Dark Chocolate Caramel Sea Salt Cookies

These cookies are heaven, dark chocolate and caramel. With a little sea salt they are pure perfection. A must try for a chocolate lover..

Recipe-
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
2 tsp vanilla
2/3 cup soft butter
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
dark chocolate chips
caramel chips

Directions-
Mix together sugars, egg, vanilla and butter. Mix in baking soda, flour and caramel chips and dark chocolate. Roll into balls and place On silicon baking mat, sprinkle sea salt On top cookies. Sea Salt Brownies

My first time making homemade brownies, and they gooey and fudgey plus sea salt.. I say yummy. Here is the recipe everyone, now let’s get baking!

Recipe-
8 tablespoons of butter
1 cup chocolate chunks semi-sweet
1 cup sugar
2 eggs. beaten
1teaspoon vanilla
½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
¼ cup flour

Directions- Melt butter and chocolate together On stove top in saucepan On low heat using a wooden spoon. Continue to stir until it is melted and shiny. Take off heat and stir in sugar until it is all combined. Add the beaten eggs and vanilla to the mix. Stir in the flour and the rest of the chocolate chips. Spray cooking spray into 8 by 8 pan. Pour mixture into the pan. Bake for 30 min. or until the fork comes out clean. bake at 350. Let brownies cool and then cut into pieces and serve them to your friends and family!

Brown Sugar Cookie Butter Cookies

Something different than chocolate On my blog.. watch out here it comes. These Brown Sugar Cookie Butter Cookies are amazing. I made them for my sister, she loves cookie butter. These are soft and chewy. Cornstarch plays a role in this recipe as well. Let’s get to it so you can start baking away my friends..

Ingredients-
1 egg
1 cup cookie butter (this one if from Trader Joes)
1 cup brown sugar
2 tbs vanilla
1 cup flour
2 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp baking soda

Directions-
Mix the egg, cookie butter and brown sugar together. I used my hand mixer for a couple of minutes. Add the flour and vanilla, baking soda and cornstarch. Make into a rounded tablespoon, I made mine On the larger side. Bake at 350 for about 10 min or until golden brown. You want them to stay soft.. let cool and enjoy!

Chocolate and Sea Salt with A Secret Ingredient

These cookies are amazing.. my boyfriend ate 4 in less than 2 minutes.. I’d say he liked them. Also I found this lovely cake stand at IKEA, I have always wanted one. Lets go get to the chocolatey recipe.

Ingredients-
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
2 tsp vanilla
1 stick butter (softened)
2tsp cornstarch
2 tsp baking soda
about 2 1/2 cups flour (less or more, just depends how fluffy you like them)
about 2 cups chocolate chips (I probably added a bit more) I used semi sweet chunks and a bit of dark chocolate chips

Directions-
Mix sugars, 1 egg, and vanilla. Mix in the butter. Mix in the cornstarch and baking soda.
Add in the flour, easier if you add 1/2 cup at a time. Mix in chocolate chips. Roll into a good size ball and place On baking mat. Bake at 350 for about 10 min. Or until fluffy and brown. Enjoy with your friends and family.
