Smores Cookie Cups

So Ive been really into Smores, and have been wanting to bake something for a while.  So here is the Smores Cups recipe.  The combination of chocolate, marshmallow and graham crackers are just delicious.


I cup smashed graham crackers

1 1/4 cups flour

1/2 tsp baking soda

1 stick of softened butter

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 egg

1 tsp vanilla

large marshmallows

Hershey’s chocolate bar

Directions –

Preheat oven to 350 Degrees.  Spray non stick spray into muffin tin.  I used large muffin tin.  I used my kitchen aid, but you can handmix the graham crackers, flour and baking soda together and set aside.  In another bowl mix together the sugars and butter.  Then add the egg and vanilla   Once it is all combined, add the dry ingredients to the bowl.  Scoop the dough into the muffin tin, bake for about 7-8 min, don’t overcook, they will be done.  When done, take a measuring spoon and make an indent, cut in half of a piece of chocolate bar and place in the middle of the dough.  Place a marshmallow into the indent as well.  Then top with another piece of chocolate on top of the marshmallow and broil until the marshmallow turns golden yellow.  It won’t take long for them to brown.  Pull out of the oven and place another piece of chocolate on the side and sprinkle with graham crackers crumbs.
