Double Chocolate Biscotti

Ingredients-
1 3/4 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 1/2 cup chocolate chips
4 tbs butter
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs

Directions-
Mix flour sugar and baking powder and cocoa powder together. Add in the butter and salt. I used my electric mixture, add in the eggs and vanilla extract. Dough will be a little sticky. Place a rubber making mat On cookie sheet. Divide dough into two and form into two logs and place On baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 20 min. Let them cool for about 10 min and cut into biscotti shapes at a slant. Lay On side and bake at 350 again for about 10 min or until golden brown and crispy. Serve with some coffee and enjoy, they are super chocolaty..
