Mac N’ Cheese

Recipe-
1 pound of Macaroni, we used Penne Pasta
2 cups of Milk
4 tbs flour
4 tbs butter
dash of salt and pepper
dash of cayenne pepper and red pepper flakes
bread crumbs
8 oz pepper jack cheese
8 oz sharp cheddar cheese

Directions-
Melt the butter in cast iron pan, add flour. Equal parts of flour and butter, add 2 cups of milk. Sprinkle in salt, pepper, cayenne pepper and pepper flakes. Bring to a slow boil. Add the cheese and stir until it becomes creamy. Add cooked pasta into cast iron skillet with the cheese mixture. Spread bread crumbs. Bake for 40 min.
